Enhanced ADP Key Erase on Radio Inhibit

Causes the radio to erase all ADP (Advanced Digital Privacy) encryption keys when the radio enters a Radio Inhibit state. Radio Inhibit is enabled on a per Conventional System and / or Trunking System basis.

 When disabled, all ADP encryption keys are retained by the radio when the radio enters a Radio Inhibit state.
